Products and Pricing

Kiki’s Kookies offers gourmet, bakery-style cookies.

Current flavors include:

• Chocolate Chip
• Red Velvet
• Walnut Chocolate Chip
• Birthday Cake
• Cookies & Creme
• Peanut Butter Cookies

Current package pricing is:

• 4 Kookies — $15
• 6 Kookies — $22
• 12 Kookies — $42

Prices, flavors, ingredients, and availability may change as the business grows.

Ordering

Customers may place orders Sunday through Thursday for same-week orders.

During checkout, customers may select:

• Cookie flavor or flavors
• Package size
• Quantity
• Pickup or delivery
• Requested date
• Preferred time window
• Special instructions or allergy notes

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections and providing accurate information before submitting an order.

Payment

Kiki’s Kookies requires payment in full when the order is placed.

No deposit is required.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the options displayed during checkout.

An order requiring payment is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.

Order Confirmation

After an order is submitted, customers may receive an electronic order confirmation.

Customers should review their confirmation and contact Kiki’s Kookies promptly if they notice an error.

Submission of an order does not guarantee fulfillment if an item, date, time, or delivery request becomes unavailable. If Kiki’s Kookies cannot fulfill an order as requested, the customer will be contacted.

Order Changes

Requests to change an existing order should be made as early as possible.

Once preparation has begun, Kiki’s Kookies may be unable to make requested changes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time are not eligible for a guaranteed full refund because ingredients, preparation, and scheduling may already have been committed to the order.

Once an order has been prepared or completed, the order is nonrefundable.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.

Pickup

Customers selecting pickup are responsible for arriving during the agreed pickup date and time window.

If you cannot pick up your order as scheduled, please contact Kiki’s Kookies as soon as possible.

Kiki’s Kookies cannot guarantee the quality or freshness of an order that is not collected within the agreed pickup period.

Delivery

Delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Delivery availability may depend on:

• Customer location
• Requested date and time
• Business availability

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reliable contact information.

Kiki’s Kookies is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect customer information, inaccessible locations, unavailable recipients, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Food Allergies

Some Kiki’s Kookies products contain ingredients such as peanuts and tree nuts, including the Peanut Butter and Walnut Chocolate Chip varieties.

Our products may also contain or come into contact with common food allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy.

Customers with food allergies or dietary concerns should provide that information in the Special Instructions or Allergy Notes section before completing an order.

Because products may be prepared in a shared environment or with shared equipment, Kiki’s Kookies cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Customers with severe food allergies should use appropriate caution before ordering.

Actual cookies may vary slightly in:

Photos on the website are intended to represent the style and type of products offered but may not exactly match every finished cookie.

Product Availability

Flavors, ingredients, and other products may occasionally become unavailable.

If Kiki’s Kookies cannot provide an ordered item as requested, we may contact the customer to discuss an available substitution or alternative solution.

No substitution will be intentionally made without considering the customer’s order preferences.

Kiki’s Kookies is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Website Content

The Kiki’s Kookies name, branding, website content, photographs, graphics, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

Service Interruptions

Kiki’s Kookies will make reasonable efforts to fulfill confirmed orders accurately and on time.

However, delays or changes may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, transportation problems, technology outages, or ingredient shortages.

If a significant issue affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer.

Changes to These Terms

Kiki’s Kookies may update these Terms of Service as the business, pricing, products, or ordering procedures change.
